Members who are enrolled in the Credit or Debit card autopay program with our approved vendor Nexbillpay, please be aware they are running the autodraft a 2nd time this month, due to their internal system server being down at the time they usually draft accounts. SO if you have received a text from them showing you have a $0 balance, please disregard. what that means is your account has already been paid and you have nothing to worry about. They are only attempting to draft those accounts who haven't been drafted yet. We apologize for any confusion. Have a great day!!
