Due to recent customer concerns about leaks potentially caused by fluctuations in water system pressure, we are compelled to remind our members that PRV's have been recommended since the 1980's, through our customer service application and agreement processes. If you are a resident in Cypress Cove, then you have agreed to these terms in your signed contract. Members are responsible for leaks and repairs on customer side of meter, whatever the cause may be, including the purchase and installation of a PRV to help handle unforeseen changes in system pressures.
